These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unity Clock Master, a product of Unity Lab Solutions ("Company", "we", "our"). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Unity Clock Master is a web-based employee time tracking and payroll management platform. The service includes time clock functionality, payroll calculations, check printing, email pay stubs, and workforce reporting tools.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Unity Clock Master, including employee information, time records, and payroll data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unity Clock Master is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Unity Lab Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Payroll Disclaimer

Unity Clock Master provides payroll calculation tools for convenience. We are not a licensed payroll provider, tax advisor, or accounting firm. You are responsible for verifying all payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and compliance with applicable employment laws. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for payroll tax compliance.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
